I am a PhD student in economics at the University of Toronto.

I’m interested in urban, real estate, macroeconomics, and spatial economics. Most of my work studies housing affordability and regulation.

I am on the job market in 2024/25. My Job Market Paper studies the macroeconomic implications of minimum lot size regulation for productivity, neighborhood amenity value, and inequality.
